Thomas M. Lynch is an attorney with broad experience
in matters pertaining to advanced technologies and telecommunications.
Mr. Lynch has drafted and negotiated complex commercial
agreements for Fortune 500 companies, telecommunications
carriers and providers of broadband and telephony infrastructure.
He has advised telecommunications companies, private
equity and venture capital concerns regarding telecommunications
regulatory and tax compliance matters in some of the
largest transactions in the industry. And his experience
includes litigating multi-million dollar technology-related
disputes, both in state and federal courts, and at the
Federal Communications Commission.

Education
Mr. Lynch graduated from Georgetown University Law Center
in Washington, DC in 1993. He graduated cum laude (with honors)
and was named to the Dean’s List. Prior to receiving his law
degree, Mr. Lynch graduated magna cum laude from Loyola Marymount
University in Los Angeles, California, with a Bachelors of
Science in Accounting. He was named Outstanding Graduate in
Accounting for achieving the highest grade point average among
accounting majors, and was awarded the Donovan & Seimans Business
Administration Award for the second highest grade point average
in the College of Business. Mr. Lynch received the American
Accounting Association’s Merit Scholarship and was granted
the University President’s Citation for Leadership at LMU.
He is a member of three honor societies and was named to the
Dean’s List all eight semesters at Loyola Marymount University.
Publications
Telecommunications Act Handbook: A Complete Reference for
Business, a book describing the principal provisions of the
Telecommunications Act of 1996. The book became an instant
best-seller among individuals and companies involved in telecommunications,
and was reviewed favorably in the industry.

John "Terry" Brennan is an experienced litigator with wide
experience in both federal and state venues. He has practiced with
firms ranging from a large international law firm representing Fortune
500 companies to a solo practice representing individuals. With
this wide-ranging experience, he is able to help clients appreciate
the strengths and weaknesses of their legal position, the likelihood
of prevailing at trial, opportunities and obstacles on the way to
trial, and strategies to resolve disputes. As there is no substitute
for knowing the law, Mr. Brennan attends seminars, participates
in professional organizations, follows legal discussion group listserves,
and performs first-hand legal research to strengthen his grip of

Mr. Brennan is comfortable taking cases to trial. He takes a scholarly,

Ms. Dill received her B.S.F.S. degree from Georgetown University
and her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center, where she served
as a Senior Editor of the Georgetown Journal of International Law.
While at Georgetown, she served as a legal intern at the Cairo Regional
Centre of International Commercial Arbitration in Cairo, Egypt.

Daniel Jaindl has extensive experience with federal telecommunications
regulatory compliance and tax matters. He assists start up companies
and established enterprises with Universal Service Form 499 filings
and ongoing compliance with the Federal Communications Commission.
He has assisted with large litigation matters for the firm and has
researched a myriad of issues pertaining to general business matters
and telecommunications law and regulation in particular.
